What we collect
Membership applications collect your name, date of birth, contact details, address and the answers you give about your interests and motivation.
The newsletter collects only an email address. Event registration collects a name and contact details.
Why we collect it
To administer membership, to contact you about projects and events, and to keep the membership register the constitution requires.
Who can see it
The executive committee and the Membership Lead. Your details are not sold, and are not shared with third parties except where a partner organisation needs a volunteer list for site access.
How long we keep it
PLACEHOLDER — Membership records are kept for the duration of membership and for two years afterwards. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.
Your rights
You can ask what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to the Secretary General using the contact form.
